Brand use and representation
SIKER reserves the exclusive right to use its name, brand, logos, visual identity, domains, materials, and institutional representation.
Participation in the community, Mentors, Fellows program, advisory roles, partnerships, referral program, or any other form of collaboration does not imply an employment, corporate, contractual relationship, or authorization to act on behalf of SIKER.
No one may:
- Present themselves as an employee, official representative, spokesperson, or executive of SIKER without express written authorization.
- Use SIKER's name, brand, logos, or materials for commercial, promotional, or institutional purposes without prior approval.
- Sign agreements, assume commitments, or represent SIKER to third parties without express authorization.
- Publicly communicate a formal relationship with SIKER that has not been previously validated by the organization.
Authorized members may indicate their participation in SIKER on professional profiles, social networks, or public biographies only when that participation has been approved by SIKER and accurately reflects their role within the ecosystem.
SIKER may request modification or removal of any reference, description, or brand use it considers incorrect, misleading, or unauthorized.
Community participation
The different ways to participate in the SIKER ecosystem (Advisors, Mentors, Fellows, Partners, Ambassadors, collaborators, or future categories) are voluntary or independent in nature, unless a specific agreement has been signed between the parties.
Participation in these initiatives does not by itself create an employment, corporate, legal representation, exclusivity, or continuity obligation for either party.
SIKER may accept, reject, suspend, or end any participation within its ecosystem when it deems necessary to protect its mission, community, operations, or reputation.
Referral Program
SIKER ecosystem members can help us connect with schools, universities, educational institutions, organizations, and companies.
When a collaboration or partnership comes together, SIKER may recognize and reward those contributions through its referral program.
The conditions, amounts, benefits, commissions, or recognition associated with each referral will be defined by SIKER on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an effective commercial relationship between SIKER and the referred organization.
Participation in the referral program does not create automatic compensation rights or a permanent commercial relationship between the parties.
